If your credit is the reason you keep hearing "not right now," you don't need another six-month guess. You need to know exactly what the lender sees, what's blocking your approval, and what order to fix it in.
That's what we do on one call. Or start with the free guide and do it yourself.
What happens on the call
We open your reports together and read them the way an underwriter will. You leave with a written picture of where you actually stand and the shortest path from here to a key in your hand.
Why you keep getting a no
Most first-time buyers assume one bad account is the problem. Then they spend a year fixing the wrong thing. In our experience, the block almost always sits in one of four places.
01
The score numbers nobody compares
Three bureaus, three scores, and a mortgage lender looks at a different version than the app on your phone shows you. If you have been working off one number, you may have been fixing a report the underwriter will barely look at.
02
Debt-to-income, the thing nobody explained
You can have a 700 score and still not qualify, because the payment on the house plus your minimums is too big a slice of your income. This is the number that quietly decides most first-time approvals, and almost nobody tells you what yours is before you apply.
03
Collections and lates that matter differently
A two-year-old paid collection and a sixty-day late from four months ago are not the same problem. One may sit quietly while the other holds you up. Chasing the wrong one is the fastest way to lose six months and a hard inquiry.
04
Utilization, the lever you actually control
The balance reported to the bureaus is the one on your statement date, not the day you pay. Most people are at 60 to 90 percent on their cards without realizing that alone can cost them an approval, and it is usually the fastest thing to fix.

Questions we get every week
No. This is a conversation and a report review, not a credit application. Nobody runs a hard inquiry to talk to us.
Your three credit reports if you have them (free at annualcreditreport.com), your rough monthly income, and your minimum payments. If you don't have them yet, come anyway and we'll walk you through pulling them.
It depends on what's actually on the report. Some people are 30 days out, some are 90, some need a longer runway. We tell you which one on the call instead of guessing to make you feel good.
No. The call is free and the guide is free. If we think you need more help than self-guided steps, we'll tell you what that looks like and what it costs. You decide.
It's built for first-time buyers, and that's who we focus on. If you have owned before and your credit is holding you back, you're still welcome.
One call, or forty-five minutes with the free guide. Either way you stop shooting in the dark.
